Below are instructions and mockup descriptions that will help you create visual guides similar to those in the images for Homery.com’s Order Verification process.

If verification is required, we may request:

  • A copy of your photo ID and credit card (showing only the last four digits).
  • Proof of address matching the order billing details.
Credit Card TEST
  1. Credit Card Image Guidelines
  • Issuing Bank Name: Make sure the name of the bank that issued that card (e.g, “Cooper bank”) is visible at t he top of the card
  • Last Four Digits Only: Only the last four numbers of the card number should be visible. Cover the rest of the card number with a black bar for privacy.
  • Expiration Date: Ensure the expiration date is visible, showing the month and year.
  • Cardholders’s Name: Display the name on the card (e.g., “Leaky Louie”) while masking other sensitive details

2. Driver’s License Image Guidelines

  • Name and Address: Show the name and address on the ID to confirm it matches the billing details.
  • Birthday Can Be Hidden: It’s optional to show your date of birth. You may cover this for extra privacy if preferred.

Steps for Providing Verification

  1. Prepare Documents: Lay out your credit card and ID side-by-side, ensuring visibility of essential information.
  2. Protect Sensitive Details: Cover all but the last four digits of your credit card number. Ensure your name, expiration date, and issuing bank are visible. For your ID, cover personal information except your name and address.
  3. Send Documentation Securely: You may upload your images directly through a secure link provided in our email or send them by fax to 1-(888)-800-8050.
