How it Works

  1. Find a Lower Price

If you find the exact same item at a lower price from an authorized retailer or competitor within 30 days of your purchase from Homery, you may be eligible for a price match.

2. Submit a Request

Contact us through Live Chat, the Online Support Ticket System, or at (888) 800-8050 to initiate a price match request.
Provide us with the details of the lower price, including a direct link or a copy of the advertisement for the product

3. Eligibility Confirmation

We will verify that the competitor’s price and product meet the criteria for the price match. Once confirmed, we will match the price or refund the difference if you’ve already made the purchase

Price Match Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be identical (same model number, features, brand, and warranty).The lower price must be from an authorized retailer or competitor.
  • The competitor’s price must be currently advertised and in stock at the time of the price match request.
  • Price match requests must be made within 30 days of your Homery purchase.

Exclusions

  • Items sold through marketplaces or third-party sellers (such as on Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms).
  • Clearance sales, open-box items, used, or refurbished products.
  • Limited time offers, doorbusters, bundles, rebates, or financing offers.
  • Coupons, membership prices, or promotional discounts that are exclusive to select customers.

After Purchase

If you find a lower price within 30 days of your Homery purchase, reach out to us with the details. We will refund the difference directly to your original payment method after verifying the lower price.
